Important Booking & Transport Information
Please read these terms carefully before confirming your transfer reservation. They govern passenger safety, luggage capacity, and payment requirements.
1. Booking Rates & Discounts:
Night Rate: For transfers scheduled after 0:00 local time, a higher rate applies. Please confirm the price with our manager when booking a night transfer.
Return Transfer Discount: A discount is available when booking a return transfer. Please contact our manager for details. We recommend booking round-trip transfers for the best rates.
Free Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the trip starts. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee.
2. Passenger & Baggage Transport Rules:
- Prohibited Actions: Consumption of food and sweet drinks, smoking, and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the vehicle cabin are not allowed.
- Safety Belts: Mandatory use of seat belts by all passengers while the vehicle is in motion.
- Baggage Rules: Baggage transport is only in the luggage compartment. Only a personal bag or hand luggage is allowed in the vehicle cabin.
- Stops During Journey: For long transfers (over 60 minutes), passengers may request a stop of up to 20 minutes free of charge for lunch and toilet visits. Stops for shopping are possible only with driver agreement.
- Cash Payment: When paying in cash, it is recommended to have the exact amount or inform in advance about the required change.
- Cabin Cleaning Fee: A fine of €50 applies for soiling the vehicle cabin (salt water from wet clothes, spilled drinks, food residue, stains from careless children) — this is the cost of dry cleaning.

No. Eating food, consuming sweet drinks, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited inside the cabin to maintain passenger safety and vehicle cleanliness.

How do I pay for my transfer? ▼
You pay the driver directly at the end of the ride. We accept cash (exact amount is recommended) or major credit/debit cards. Please notify us during booking if you need card payments so we bring a POS terminal.

Yes, certified baby seats, infant cradles, and booster cushions are supplied and installed free of charge. Please specify passenger heights and ages in the booking notes.
